About the Role

We are looking for an Asset Manager to oversee asset and property management activities post-possession, including documentation, valuation coordination and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage possessed assets and properties
• Coordinate asset documentation and valuation
• Liaise with banks for asset resolution
• Maintain asset inventory and records
• Coordinate site visits and inspections

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2-5 years in asset/property management
• Knowledge of asset resolution processes
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
