Recovery under Agriculture Advances/Credits

Our engagement begins as soon as a loan account is classified as a Non-Performing Asset (NPA) and the lending institution initiates recovery proceedings. We assist in the preparation, compilation, and verification of all documentation required for filing applications before the competent Revenue Authorities, i.e. sub-divisional magistrate .

We further assist in liaising with Revenue Authorities during the issuance and service of statutory notices, coordination of borrower summons, possession-related proceedings, field verification, and operational support during the sale of secured properties.
