VERVE having extensive experience in enforcement of securities and recovery processes for banks and financial institutions, VERVE is appointed by Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) as court receiver to take possession of movable & immovable assets.

Upon receiving the Tribunal's order, we execute the assignment through a structured and compliance-driven approach. Our experienced legal, operational, and field teams coordinate every stage of the process, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, applicable rules, and the specific directions issued by the Hon'ble Tribunal.

Our expertise extends to handling complex possession proceedings, securing and preserving assets, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing operational support during auction proceedings. Where authorized by the Hon'ble Tribunal, we also act as Auctioneers, facilitating transparent and orderly auction processes.
